I-Dance beginners Lindy Videos with Sosh & Gina.

An 8 part course (but can only track down 7 of them).
They're pretty verbose but relate some good principles
and rarely conflict with what you'll get at friday classes.
Plenty good enough if you've some time at home and want to brush up on your Lindy
