   LindyFridays classes will run as usual from 7 - 8.45pm then afterwards we'll have dancing until midnight

5th outing of the hugely popular stays up late event.

Back again at the wooden floored downstairs Lounge at Tiger Tiger (117 Albion St, Leeds LS2 8DY) Map.
   LindyFridays classes will run as usual from 7 - 9pm then afterwards we'll have dancing until midnight

@The Lamp 2 Norfolk St, Hull Another fabulous party, come and hone your skills with our regular techers from Leeds, Al and Rob and their mates, then dance the night away to our fabulous swing DJS ad local swing band The Debonaires. Absolute beginner class too, so send all your mates who havent tried lindy yet, or come on and have a go if youre not a regular dancer. 1-2pm Charleston based class 2.30-3.30 Lindy for Show offs- flash stuff 4.00-5.00 Absolute Beginners, come alone or with friends 5.30-6.30 Big routine, tieing lots of moves together All classes £3 each, pay on the door 7.30 evening dance, £4 on the door. Great North Run Charity Swing Dance

Leeds Lindy and Balboa regulars David Bryant, Katherine Hogg and Jonay Mendoza are running the Great North Run in Newcastle on October 5th ’08. Between them and with your help, they are hoping to raise £900 for Christian Aid.

There is no bar, but soft drinks will be available to purchase – You can bring your own drinks if you prefer (alcohol allowed) or get a hot or cold drink and cakes at the dance.
ALL proceeds go to international development charity Christian Aid.

Lindy for a good cause

One of our Friday night regulars, Katherine Hogg has organised a chance to perform and social Lindy Dance at the Train Station for the Saturday shoppers to raise funds as part of Christian Aid week. Choreography by Al again plenty of familiar faces will be involved.

It's a fantastic way to improve your Lindy quickly and for free & get you over any worries you have about dancing in front of folks. You don't need any experience or aptitude since you'll be taught all you need to know.

1st rehearsal 13th April Terrace Bar, Leeds University Union
