Nov7-9-Newcastle Swing Thing
Following the success of the first NST, this second NST has more classes, more levels, more teachers, and just generally more.
Anyone is welcome along. The event is run by students, and all attempts have been made to keep costs low and affordable by fellow students. The more who come, the cheaper for all it can be...We plan to have eight swing teachers from around the country, and expect to be joined by contingents of learners from Leeds, Edinburgh, and Cambridge. Not only will there be classes in swing dance, but other dance societies from Newcastle University have agreed to put on taster classes in other styles, such as Irish and salsa. As well as the classes there will of course be social dancing in the evenings. The larks could be intense.
